The company was formed on July 31, 1984, through the combination of three major regional software and hardware firms located in Moncton, N.B. Charlottetowm, P.E.I., and Halifax, N.S. These firms began their operations in 1980, as the data processing operations of their parent financial institutions. Historically, operations were expanded by developing a range of services for these parent organizations, as well as other financial institutions.

Since 1984, our company has grown consistently and steadily through the continuing development of highly specialized services and product enhancements, the addition of new clients and the acquisition of firms complementing the Fiserv organization.
