Our company is a professional association of lawyers who represent people who have been victimized. We provide continuing legal education, counselling on significant cases pending before the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, and public education designed to counteract insurer and industry distortions about the legal process.

We have a long history of working with the legislature and legislators to ensure that people and corporations who injure other people are held accountable for their actions.

We continue this fight in 1997 when the legislature, reconvenes.
